The dispute settlement procedure between participants and users of payment systems: all disputes arising between participants and users* of Ria payment system are subject to settlement by way of negotiation, and also in a judicial proceeding according to legislation of Ukraine.

* Users of Ria payment system are remitters and payees of transfers.

Exchange rate is reported during execution of transfer and can be
changed within the day.
